Jay Handog
Co–Founder & CEO
Former Operations Manager with over 15 years of leadership experience in people-focused industries. Proven track record in managing teams, optimising operations, and driving growth. Holds multiple management and leadership qualifications, including a Level 5 Diploma in business and operational management (in progress).

Maria Ipapo
Co–Founder & Managing Director
Finance professional with over 20 years of experience in banking, pensions, and investment management. Has held key roles at leading institutions including Metrobank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, China Bank, Royal London, and Starling Bank.

Lucie Hicks
Contracts and Business Development Director
Former Disabled Adult and Integrated Heath Commissioner for a leading Local Authority. Started career in Social Care in 2007, Working in both Children and Adult Social Care teams, later specialising in Transforming Care bespoke commissioning. Several work streams led on have been recognised nationally, some in Parliament and this has been delivered in both health and social care settings.

James Cousins
Operations Director
Jamie is a former Ofsted Social Care Regulatory Inspector and CQC Adult Social Care Inspector. Worked in social care since 1992, started as a volunteer then continued in not-for-profit sector specialist care. Starting as a support worker after completing a Bachelors degree in Disability Studies, working up to the head of care for a large residential special school. He move to be a quality manager then became an regulatory inspector for 8 years where he gained abundant knowledge and perspective of the sector ecosystem.

Trish Palmer
Head of Quality, Compliance and Improvement
Former Ofsted Social Care Regulatory Inspector with nine years’ experience overseeing children’s homes, residential schools, and fostering agencies. Brings over 30 years of social care expertise, including leadership roles managing residential services for both children and adults with complex needs.

Fay Frostick
Group Finance Manager
Over 25 years working in Accounting and Finance with the last 11 years as a CIMA Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACMA, CGMA). Experience of a wide range of industries from Professional Membership Organisation, Travel, to Events and Marketing. Extensive experience in forecast modelling to enable strategic change and a focus on Operational efficiency.

Matthew Peirce
Operations Director
Former Disabled Adult and Autism Senior Commissioner for a leading Local Authority with wide experience across Local Government. Has led strategic development and transformation of adult care services, including implementing more enabling care and commissioning models, accommodation schemes and a multi-million pound efficiency programme. Started career in the Civil Service and has a postgraduate diploma in Public Management and Leadership.
